Therefore, to enforce its rights under the policy, the Michigan Lumber and Building Materials Association may refuse to accept advertising or other material for publication in any association publication to anyone where the Board of Directors of the Association has reason to believe such action would be in the best interest of the association in furtherance of the provisions of the policy.

You agree to indemnify Michigan Lumber and Building Materials Association, their affiliates, employees, agents, members, and representatives, and to hold them harmless, from any and all claims and liabilities (including attorney's fees) which may arise from your submissions, from your unauthorized use of material obtained through the MLBMA Web Site, or from your breach of this agreement, or from any such acts through your use of the MLBMA Web Site.


Trademarks/Logos

Logos and trademarks of the Michigan Lumber and Building Materials Association are registered trademarks of MLBMA and may not be reproduced without the prior consent of MLBMA. The logos displayed on the MLBMA website may be trade trademarks of their affiliated organizations. All of the logos are used with permission for the sole purpose of inclusion in the MLBMA website, and MLBMA does not have the authority to permit third parties to reproduce the logos.

Termination

The Michigan Lumber and Building Materials Association has the right to terminate your ability to access the MLBMA Web Site, for any reason, without notice.


Jurisdiction

You agree that this agreement, for all purposes, shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Michigan applicable to contracts to be wholly performed therein, and any action based on or alleging a breach of this agreement must be brought in a state or federal court in Michigan. In addition, you agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
