| GENERAL INFORMATION |
Registration/Fees
You must pre-register to play golf in the Outing. Regular price for Hawk Hollow is $135 per golfer. If you pre-register by July 11, 2008, you'll save $15 per golfer at the price of $120 per golfer. |

8:00 a.m. Registration & Continental Breakfast at Hawk Hollow
8:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. Complimentary Driving Range and Putting Green Available
10:00 a.m. Shotgun start
11:45 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. Lunch Served at the Turn
2:45 p.m. Putting Contest Finals at Practice Green
3:15 p.m. Horse Race begins at Hole #10
5:00 p.m. Post Tournament Awards Dinner |

Step 1
Review the Golf Outing Brochure for outing information, special events and pricing.
Step 2
Complete the Online registration form

Step 1
Review the Annual Sponsorship Brochure or the Golf Sponsorship Brochure for Sponsorship Opportunities.
Step 2
Complete and submit the Sponsorship Registration form and return to the Michigan Lumber & Building Materials Association either by mail or by fax.

 The Michigan Lumber and Building Materials Association does not disclose credit card account information provided by its members and customers. When members and customers choose to pay using their credit cards. MLBMA submits the information needed to obtain payments through Authorize.net.
